Nirvana Hotel - Cancun Hotel Zone

Very dirty room and unresponsive staff.

Marvellous setting, incredibly attentive staff.

Reasonably large and quiet unit for the locker. Easy access to Isla Mujeres airport, within 30 km.

good home base for 3 nights. a nice size and brand-new units for the locker and knowledgeable staff. an air conditioning, an electronic key card, and a cable television available. peaceful location to the main party area, easy to get anywhere. also - next to the center for bars and restaurants.

Didn't like anything, except location.

We only stayed here for 4 nights, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was great. Good and peaceful location closer to the airport was a plus. Had a nice time.

The hotel was a suitable place for enjoying a calm area, next to a single grocery store and two places to eat as well as centrum of hostel zone. The a double room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big, with a shower and bath sheets.

Pool was nice, but the room was very dirty with mold everywhere.

Large room, all in all had nice stay.

The personnel was helpful as expected.

Checked in late but the staff was super nice. They filled our water bottles since they saw we were tired. The double room had great air conditioning and a comfy bed. The bathroom was private and included free toiletries. The outdoor pool was awesome for chilling with sun loungers, perfect after a long day.

This hotel has nice-sized rooms and friendly staff, making for a pleasant stay.

The staff here were incredibly attentive and helpful. They even gave us a really spacious room for our stuff. 👍.

I spent three nights at this place and had a great time. the room was nice, and I really appreciated having a locker. the bed was comfy, too. the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, and they gave me some excellent recommendations. 😊.

pleasant but basic stay

The staff was friendly! I appreciated their accommodating nature throughout my stay. The nachos I had were surprisingly tasty, a highlight of my dining experience. I loved the cozy atmosphere which felt inviting.

The room lacked certain amenities that would have made it more comfortable.

Not for families looking for cleanliness

The hotel check-in was smooth enough I thought it would be alright but then went to the room and saw the mold everywhere

It wasn't exactly cheap but looked like a decent deal at first

The rooms here are brand new, quiet, and located in a safe area, with a good and quiet nearby location where we could enjoy drinks at Hooter's Restaurant, just 1 mile away.
